The Peaceful Mind — Centre for Comprehensive Psychiatric Care and Therapy (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. It should be read along with our Medical Disclaimer.

Information we collect

  • Booking form: your name, mobile number, preferred consultation mode and time, and (optionally) a general area of concern.
  • Phone, WhatsApp and email: any information you choose to share when you contact us.
  • Basic, anonymous usage data: such as which buttons are clicked, to improve the website. We never send form contents or health information to analytics tools.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, and communicate with you about your care. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Third-party services

Form submissions are delivered to the clinic through a form service ({{TODO: Web3Forms / Formspree}}). WhatsApp and Google Maps are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies; the map loads only when you choose to view it.

Medical records

Clinical information shared during consultations is kept confidential in line with medical ethics and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and is shared only with your consent or where required by law or for safety.

Data retention & your rights

Website enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and arrange care. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted through this website by writing to drvibhabhide@gmail.com.

Cookies & local storage

This website stores your language preference and whether you have seen the “Talk to us” message in your browser. It does not use advertising cookies.
